Actor Pradeep K Vijayan was found dead at his home in Palavakkam, Chennai, on June 12.
The discovery was made by friends who were concerned by his unresponsiveness over a span of two days. One of his friends reached the actor’s house and knocked the door and notified local authorities when he received no response. The police, assisted by fire services, entered Vijayan’s residence. Inside, they found the actor deceased with a head injury. Initial observations by the authorities suggest that he may have suffered a heart attack, which could have led to a fall resulting in the head injury. However, further investigations are underway.

Another report claims that the actor had earlier complained of breathlessness and dizziness.

Pradeep K Vijayan’s body has been transported to the Royapettah Government Hospital for a postmortem examination, which will provide more clarity on the cause of death.
