The comment section on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram was then full of fans praising the superstar, including those who experienced a similar moment. “Shah took care of me the same way when i got emotional meeting him for the first time ♥️,” wrote a fan while another commented, “hat guy’s hand was shivering🥹🥹🥹 I would have done the same and Shah would had a hard time in comforting me😭.”

Shah Rukh Khan had a historic return at the box office last year with three films Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki, which was directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Though his first two films were all time blockbusters, his social comedy drama Dunki was an underperformer at the box office.

Shah Rukh Khan is yet to announce his lineup as the superstar is said to be in talks with several filmmakers to sign his next. Sujoy Ghosh directed The King, which would mark the big screen debut of Suhana Khan, was set to feature him in a special role, but there is no clarity on whether or not Shah Rukh is going ahead with the project.
