Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of her action-packed film, Jigra, with Vedang Raina. The recently unveiled posters and teaser trailer have garnered immense love and admiration from Alia’s friends and family members. Her mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor and mother Soni Razdan took to social media to cheer for their “jigra” Alia.
Neetu took to Instagram to express her enthusiasm. With a heartwarming shout-out, Neetu Kapoor proudly declared, “Our Jigra out to get hers,” showcasing her unwavering support for Alia’s upcoming project. As the excitement builds, Alia’s loved ones are rallying behind her, making Jigra one of the most eagerly awaited films this year.

Soni Razdan, Alia’s mother, also praised the teaser trailer, calling it “unusual” and expressing her eagerness to see the full film.

Lauding Alia’s film teaster, Soni shared it on her Instagram story and wrote, “This is such an unusual teaser… cannot wait to see the whole film! Well done everyone.” Alia shared Soni’s story on her handle and wrote, “I love you mumma, come back now” as Soni is busy promoting the second season of her web-show Tanaav.
The teaser trailer, which introduces Alia and Vedang Raina as siblings, promises an action-packed and emotional ride. The recreated song Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka adds a beautiful touch to the trailer. Bollywood celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Janhvi Kapoor have also hailed Alia’s performance in the teaser.
Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala and produced by Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt is set to release on October 11, 2024, on Dussehra. Alia is also busy with YRF Spy Universe Film Alpha and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
