Actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have a new address and might be shifting there soon. The star couple had bought a swanky apartment in Bandra, which is next to superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat and a new video which has surfaced shows the building nearing completion.

According to reports, it is a luxurious sea-facing quadruple situated next to Mannat in Bandra. Ranveer and Deepika, who are set to be parents in September, reportedly plan to move to their new house once it is complete.

A new video has now emerged which shows the progression of the apartment, which is nearing completion. A Money Control report noted that the new residence of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be occupying floors 16 to 19 of the building, offering a “spacious 11,266 sq ft of interior space and an additional 1,300 sq ft of private terrace.”

The new building, still under construction, is few meters away from Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow and will offer a stunning view of the sea and the bandstand promenade. The couple had also purchased a bungalow in Alibag two years ago reportedly for Rs 22 crore.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who started dating in 2013 on the sets of Ram Leela, tied the knot in 2018. The couple announced their pregnancy in February. On the work front, Deepika had a packed last two years with films like Pathaan, Jawan, Fighter and Kalki 2898 AD. She will be seen on screen again in Singham Again, set to hit the screens during Diwali.

Ranveer, meanwhile, has begun filming Aditya Dhar’s next film, an espionage thriller, which also stars Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna.
