Nick Jonas’ brother and the member of the boyband The Jonas Brothers, Kevin Jonas, recently visited a hospital to get a mole near his hairline checked. The singer was taken aback when the mole turned out to be skin cancer. He took to social media to announce the news to his fans and urged them to prioritize their health.

He shared a video of himself from the hospital, where he is seen lying down in a supine position, holding the camera above his face. He said, “Today I am getting a basal-cell carcinoma removed from my head. Yes, that is an actual little skin cancer guy that started to grow, and now I have to get surgery to remove it.”

Later, he shared a clip from his car as he headed home after the surgery. With a band-aid on his forehead covering the surgery scar, he reminded fans to take care of their health and get their moles checked. He said, “Friendly reminder to get your moles checked.”
