When Dalljiet’s posts on social media accusing her estranged husband of an extra-marital affair grabbed a lot of eyeballs, Nikhil, a Kenya-based business spoke out, suggesting cultural differences as a major factor in their split, confirming the news of their separation. However, he also mentioned Dalljiet’s efforts to reconcile. Currently, Dalljiet’s return to Nairobi has raised eyebrows, with many wondering about the reason behind it.

In a recent Instagram story, Dalljiet shared a photo with her friends at a Nairobi restaurant. Dressed in a black outfit, she looked happy and relaxed, enjoying her time with her girl gang. In the Instagram Story, the location was tagged as Nairobi, Kenya, with a caption reading, “When you meet your girl squad.”
This unexpected visit has led to speculation about a possible reunion. Just a few days ago, Dalljiet posted a video celebrating her “1-year and 3-month wedding anniversary”. The video included moments from her wedding, haldi ceremony, and reception. Nikhil’s daughter from his previous marriage praised Dalljiet in the video, expressing her happiness about her father’s remarriage. Dalljiet also spoke about her concerns and hopes regarding her second marriage and her relationship with her son, Jaydon, captioning the post, “1 year and 3 months ago!”

Earlier, Dalljiet’s social media accusations of Nikhil’s alleged infidelity fuelled the public interest. Nikhil expressed his frustration over the misuse of online platforms for “cheap media attention”, emphasising the risk to innocent children and women. He criticised Dalljiet for sharing unauthorised photos and videos, particularly involving children, which he deemed “illegal” and “negligent.”

Nikhil informed that his team reached out to Dalljiet to collect her remaining belongings, stating they would be donated to charity in Kenya if unclaimed. He also mentioned his legal team’s warning to Dalljiet against any further harassment, promising severe legal action if she continued to make defamatory statements about him. In a statement released last month, he said that he has “positively moved on.” Dalljiet was earlier married to Shalin Bhanot.
