The sequel to the 2022 sleeper hit DJ Tillu, Tillu Square is also turning out to be a box office success. In a matter of three days, the film, starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles, has earned Rs 32 crore, according to trade tracker Sacnilk.
On Day 1, the film minted Rs 11 crore, and it has maintained the same momentum in the subsequent days as well. On Day 2 and Day 3, the box office collections of the movie are Rs 10.25 crore and Rs 11. 1 crore, respectively.
On top of the box office success, Tillu Square is also a receiving good response from celebrities including Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi. He recently watched the film and wished the cast and crew his best. On top of that, he invited the movie’s team to his residence and congratulated them. A video of their meeting has gone viral on social media.

After the meeting, Chiranjeevi said, “I and my entire family loved DJ Tillu. Siddhu Jonnalagadda is loved by everyone in our family, too. So, I was waiting for Tillu Square and watched it recently. Immediately, I wanted to invite the team and appreciate them. Even after watching DJ Tillu, I invited Siddhu home and appreciated him.”
With the grand success of the sequel, the makers have also confirmed a third part is on the cards. At a press meet, the film’s producer Naga Vamsi said, “We will be making Tillu 3, right now it isn’t announced at the end of Tillu Square. We’ll insert an official announcement from Monday.”
