BTS member SUGA celebrated his 31st birthday on March 9. Fans were feeling upset because they hadn’t received any messages from the birthday boy, but Jin made their day by sending a special birthday wish to SUGA. It’s been about six months since SUGA started his service. Unlike the rest of the BTS members, he couldn’t join the military because of a shoulder injury and is serving in the public sector instead.
Taking to his Weverse handle, Jin wrote, “Happy birthday suga!!!!!!”
Jin started his military service in December 2022. Now, he’s almost finished. On March 4, Jin posted on Weverse saying he only has 100 days left until he’s done. Jin is currently working as an assistant instructor in the Fifth Infantry Division in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do.

V’s new single to release on March 15
BTS’ V recently gave his fans a sneak peek of his new solo single “FRI(END)S”. He shared a preview of the official music video and some concept photos for the song on Saturday.

The teaser begins with V opening the fridge door and grabbing the only available food, eating it alone in his apartment. A troubled V is then seen lying on his bed. The scene transitions to chaos, and V is shown sitting alone at a diner crowded with people.
Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, RM, V, and Jungkook are expected to come together again in 2025.
