Karan Johar is whipping up the emotions and prepping the audience to experience love this Valentine’s Day with Love Storiyaan, his web show based on genuine love stories of people from different sections of the society. Amazon Prime Video, on Thursday, launched the trailer of the show and it is all heart with the filmmaker himself navigating us through the show to explore the meaning of love with genuine, heartfelt stories and goes on to introduce the real-life couples and give a glimpse into their journey.
As he opens the trailer, he says, “Love, my darlings, is more than just a script, it’s the heartbeat of life…” Watch here:
The upcoming Hindi Amazon Original series Love Storiyaan will feature six heart-warming stories of love that has overcome adversity and triumphed against all odds. Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, the series is conceptualised by Somen Mishra along with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Mishra serving as executive producers and is inspired by stories featured on India Love Project.

Each of the episodes in the six-part series are told through the lens of a different director –Akshay Indikar who has helmed Raah Sangharsh Ki, Archana Phadke who has directed Faasley, Collin D’Cunha of Love Beyond Labels, Hardik Mehta of A Unsuitable Girl, and Vivek Soni of Love On Air– each of whom bring their own personal touch to the story.
Love Storiyaan is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Videoon February 14, Valentine’s Day.
