When Bekaaboo actor Abhishek Kumar entered Bigg Boss 17, his baggage from the past haunted him. On the premiere stage, he was joined by his ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya, following which there were some fireworks. He got into heated arguments within just a few hours of the new season. Abhishek came across as very pretentious in the start, but soon he emerged as a hero.
Abhishek’s journey has been a difficult one, and also the most emotionally exhausting. Accusations have been hurled at him, he has been ostracized by other contestants, and his mental health has been challenged time and again. There were moments where Abhishek broke down, but he only came out stronger. Going through all this, Abhishek ended his journey on the show as the runner-up.

Abhishek Kumar’s emotional side is what won many hearts for him. As for the highlight, the moment when Isha’s boyfriend Samarth Jurel entered the house, Abhishek had a meltdown, which for him was a turning point in his journey. From that very moment, Abhishek made a special place in the hearts of Bigg Boss fans, and from there he only emerged as a strong player.
The pumped-up Punjabi Munda that he is, Abhishek had many arguments in the house. His ‘main aisa hi hoon’ stance created havoc in the house several times. The very first physical fight that happened in the house was between him and Tehelka Bhai. But no matter what happened, Abhishek was a force to be reckoned with. However, the one moment he lost control was the day he slapped Samarth after being teased about his claustrophobia and mental health.
