Actor couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt attended the grand consecration ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. While Ranbir donned a dhoti, Alia rocked a blue saree at the event. Several photos and videos from the consecration ceremony are doing rounds on the internet.
In one of the viral videos, Ranbir and Alia were seen waiting in a queue to catch a glimpse of Ram Lalla. Amid the sea of devotees, Ranbir was seen protecting Alia and trying to make a way for her. Alia seemed tense as there was a lot of pushing due to huge crowds.

The couple was seen heading towards the airport entry after the conclusion of the event. Ranbir and Alia both did namaste and bid goodbye to the media stationed outside the airport.

Ayushmann Khurana, Vivek Oberoi, Madhuri Dixit, Jackie Shroff, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Rajkumar Hirani, Shankar Mahadevan, Sonu Nigam and Kangana Ranaut among others were spotted at the big event. South stars Rajinikanth, Ram Charan and Dhanush were also spotted in Ayodhya.

Anupam Kher also travelled to Ayodhya on Sunday. He took to his Instagram handle and wrote, “I have reached Ayodhya with all the Ram devotees. There was an atmosphere of great devotion in the plane. We are blessed. Our country is blessed! Jai Shri Ram.”
