Jennifer Aniston’s not afraid of a little beauty experimentation.
The “Morning Show” actress appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to set the record straight about a few rumors — including one that she tried a salmon sperm facial in the pursuit of more youthful-looking skin.
“I did,” Aniston confirmed while laughing. “But let me explain to you: It’s not like, how do you get sperm out of salmon? It was sort of unclear. I just took the woman’s word that’s that what it was, and I was like, ‘Sure!'”
The “Friends” favorite then shed some light on how the unique treatment went down, explaining that it involves microneedling to “push in” the key ingredient.
“Don’t I look like a salmon? Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?” she asked with a laugh.
Aniston previously shared the beauty confession in a WSJ interview, saying she’ll try “almost anything” to turn back the clock.

She recalled meeting with an aesthetician who suggested that she try the out-of-the-box treatment.
“First of all, I said, ‘Are you serious? How do you get salmon’s sperm?’” Aniston told the outlet in the August 2023 interview.
She wasn’t totally convinced that the fishy facial — said to boost collagen and increase cell turnover — was worth it.
Shortly after Aniston opened up about her salmon sperm facial experience, Kim Kardashian admitted to trying it too.
“I got a salmon sperm facial with salmon sperm injected into my face,” Kardashian told her mom, Kris Jenner, on a July 2024 episode of “The Kardashians.”
Kardashian didn’t expand on the experience or the results of the treatment.
And while it’s unclear whether Aniston ever returned for a second fish facial, she’s shared plenty of her beauty and skincare secrets in the past.
In addition to seeing famed esthetician Shani Darden for treatments, she swears by the pro’s own line of products, including her signature Retinol Reform ($89).
As the chief creative officer of Vital Proteins, she’s also made the company’s Collagen Peptides ($27) part of her everyday routine.

Whatever she’s doing, it’s clearly working.
