While Prabhas basks in the blockbuster success of his epic sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD, the makers of his upcoming movie The RajaSaab have unveiled a special video offering an initial glimpse into the film’s world and the actor’s look. This 45-second video comes nearly eight months after the film’s first-look poster was revealed.

Unlike the poster, which showed Prabhas in a black shirt and colourful lungi, the new video presents him in a more sophisticated style, making a dramatic entrance on a bike while holding a flower bouquet. Before walking ahead after getting off the bike, he checks his appearance in a car’s side mirror, admires his look and playfully tosses flower petals at his reflection. The video is set to Thaman S’ evocative background score, blending romance and horror.

A horror romantic comedy, The RajaSaab is directed by Maruthi, who is known for films such as Pakka Commercial, Manchi Rojulochaie, Prati Roju Pandage, and Shailaja Reddy Alludu.

The first-look poster, which showed Prabhas in a black shirt and colourful lungi with a captivating smile, depicted him dancing down an empty street that seemed to have hosted a celebration. The vibrant background, adorned with splashes of purple, featured bursting firecrackers.

Set to hit screens on April 10, 2025, RajaSaab will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, in addition to the original Telugu. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, the movie’s DOP is Karthik Palani and Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao serves as the editor.

“The Raja Saab stands as one of my most ambitious projects to date. Collaborating with Prabhas and People Media Factory is both an honour and exciting for me as a filmmaker. We are geared up to offer our audiences a grand horror experience. Having Prabhas on board is particularly special as his electrifying screen presence infused with our horror narrative is surely to leave audiences amazed,” Maruthi had said during the unveiling of the first-look poster of the movie.
