Deepika Padukone is expecting her first baby with actor-husband Ranveer Singh. Deepika recently made a few public appearances for her upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD and fans were left in awe of her pregnancy glow. Now, Deepika’s yoga instructor Anshuka Parwani revealed how the actor is preparing for her baby and enjoying the phase. She also revealed how she has made some modifications in Deepika’s yoga routine and also to make sure that the actor feels at her best throughout her prenancy.

In a conversation with NDTV Swirlster, the celebrity yoga instructor said, “Right now, we are looking at it very holistically. She is carrying a child, so we have to look at it very carefully. We are going with a pre-natal routine with her constantly making sure every trimester is different and preparing for a healthy baby and making sure she is at her best through her pregnancy. It’s not just about how she is looking on the outside. With DP, she is so in tune with herself, it is wonderful to work with someone who is already aware. We are just looking at it as a healthy time of her life where she is just enjoying her pregnancy. She is very active and aware. I can’t wait to see baby Deepika.”

We can’t do severe heavy back bends like a chakra, or deep bhujang asana, which is the Cobra pose. There are modifications in Surya namaskar for pregnancy, it keeps changing.”
