Celebrity power couple actor Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli are always in the public eye owing to their widespread popularity. While the two usually don’t shy away from posing for paparazzi or sharing their lives with their fans on social media, Anushka and Virat have consistently prioritised their daughter Vamika’s privacy, ensuring she remains out of the public eye. Now, ever since the duo welcomed their son Akaay recently, the two have been going the extra mile to ensure the same for him too.
Meanwhile, Anushka and Virat recently expressed their gratitude to the paparazzi for their “thoughtfulness” in safeguarding their children’s privacy. In a sweet gesture, the power couple on Tuesday sent gift hampers to the paparazzi, with a heartfelt note attached thanking them for their cooperation. “Thank you for respecting the privacy of our kids and for always being cooperative! With love, Anushka & Virat,” they wrote.

One of the paparazzi shared a video showcasing the contents of the gift hamper, which contained a couple of good quality amenities that a paparazzo can use at work, including a messenger bag, smartwatch, power bank, water bottle, etc.
Anushka and Virat tied the knot in 2017 and welcomed their daughter, Vamika, in 2021, and their son, Akaay, in February this year. Though Vamika turned seven this year, the couple, fondly referred to as Virushka, a portmanteau of their names Virat and Anushka, have never revealed their daughter’s face to the public. In fact, the two have always made sure that her face is not visible in any picture they share featuring Vamika. However, there have been times when her face got captured in the paparazzi lens.
