Jenna Bush Hager called out Hoda Kotb for “stalking” Jerry Seinfeld outside his New York City apartment — while they interviewed the comedian.
The “Seinfeld” star joined Kotb and Bush Hager for their “Social Dilemmas” segment on Wednesday’s episode of “Today with Hoda and Jenna” when the latter brought up the uncomfortable interaction.
“Do you know that Hoda used to stand outside your apartment building?” the former first daughter asked him.
“Do not go into my past,” Kotb told her co-anchor before addressing Seinfeld, “I’ll tell you later.”
However, Bush Hager wanted to talk about it right then and there as she told him, “She used to wait outside and just hope she could get a glimpse of you.”
Hoda, 59, then explained that this was something she used to do with her sister, Hala, in hopes that they could catch a glimpse of the producer.
“We saw you at the Mets game on TV, and then we were like, ‘How long does it take to get back?’ Because I lived near where you used to live, according to sources and doormen,” she said while laughing.
She continued, “We would stand and wait. We figured, ‘Does he take the subway? Does he take a car?'”
“This is the nicest thing I’ve heard all day. This makes me feel so good,” Seinfeld, 69, replied.
“And a little creeped?” Bush Hager, 42, asked to which he responded, “No, no, I don’t mind a little stalking. A little stalking is OK!”

Seinfeld eventually sat down with Kotb and Bush Hager to talk about directing and starring in his new film, “Unfrosted.”
Kotb previously talked about the campout in a 2016 Facebook video, revealing that she and her sister waited for an “hour-and-a-half,” but he “never came home.”
The “Today” co-hosts have a long history of poking fun at each other since working together for the last five years.
