Vicky Kaushal and Sunny Kaushal will be the next guests on Kapil Sharma’s Netflix show The Great Indian Kapil Show. On Wednesday, the OTT platform shared a short clip of the upcoming episode. The promo shows a glimpse of what looks like a hilarious episode. In the promo, Sunil Grover’s saree-wearing cross dressing character tries to flirt with Vicky by calling him her husband but he brings it to a halt as he responds with, “My wife’s name also starts with K. So by that logic, you and I are siblings.”
Kapil also takes a shot at Sunny’s rumoured relationship with actor Sharvari and before Sunny can come up with a response, Vicky says, “He isn’t waiting for your response. The punchline has already been delivered.” Sunny gets back at Vicky as he opens up about his older brother’s singing. “He doesn’t know how to sing but he sings with a lot of passion,” he says as Kapil deciphers that this could be counted as a compliment and an insult.
The brothers also seem to be sharing a few anecdotes from their childhood as Vicky Kaushal recalls that sometimes when they went for a walk with father Sham Kaushal, Sunny would be “found in a gutter (manhole)”. He also recalled that like many regular middle-class households, their parents would insist on them putting up a dance show when guests would come over to their house.

The Great Indian Kapil Show streams weekly on Netflix and so far, the show has aired three episodes. The season started with Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor, followed by an episode featuring cricketers Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer. The latest episode featured the team of Amar Singh Chamkila as actors Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti Chopra and director Imtiaz Ali joined the show.
Kapil Sharma had a weekly comedy show on Sony TV and the actor-comedian has started the new show using a similar format. His longtime collaborator Sunil Grover is back on the show. Kapil and Sunil had a feud almost six years which led them to parting ways.
