Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma is back with Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show. The Kapoors, including Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor, graced the first episode of the comedy show. Apart from the funny jokes and stories, Kapil asked Neetu about raising her kids, Ranbir and Riddhima. Neetu credited Rishi Kapoor for their wonderful childhood and upbringing.

Neetu said that Ranbir and Riddhima have got her calmness, but credited Rishi for their overall personality. The actor said, “But I think the values they have were instilled by my husband Rishi Kapoor. The value of time, the value of money. I believe the most important thing is respecting other people.”

She continued, “He was very strict with them and the way he spoke to everyone, you know, children observe that. So they have seen that. They both have very good values. And I feel Raha, maybe, will also hold the same values.” Ranbir and Alia welcomed Raha Kapoor in 2022.

Neetu Kapoor gave an example of Rishi Kapoor’s strict upbringing. She said that when Ranbir and Riddhima were studying outside India, Rishi never spoiled them with money. “He gave them $10 for lunch and $10 for dinner,” she said. Ranbir said that he was very scared of Rishi and gave an example of how Rishi would say ‘move your vegetables’ when he would not eat them. The Animal actor said that he would start crying, ending up eating the vegetables.
