Viewers got to witness a ‘shark war’ in the tank on  Shark Tank India 3 as Namita Thapar and Amit Jain fought over a pitch by Flexify Me. The founders Amit and Manjeet asked for an investment of Rs 1 crore for 2 percent equity. They even provided Vineeta Singh with a demo, leaving her disappointed with her health report.

While Anupam Mittal was not very convinced with the business dynamics of the market, Aman Gupta said that he wouldn’t trust technology when in pain. As Anupam, Vineeta, and Aman chose to back out, Namita gave them an offer of Rs 50 lakhs for 2.5 percent and Rs 50 lakhs as debt for 10 percent interest for two years. She also said that no other sharks understood the market, and added, “I disagree with all of them, they have never been to physiotherapy centers and seen how crowded they are.”

Amit Jain then snapped at her, asking her not to rush the pitch. Following this, there was a war of offers between Namita and Amit. While Amit promised to scale the technological aspect of the platform, Namita promised a wide network. The duo made it clear that they would not want to collaborate in this deal, as Namita said, “Main health deals nahi share karti (I don’t share health deals).”

As the founders took some time to discuss, Amit told Namita, “I don’t think they need you. Tu kya help karegi? (How will you even help them?)”. After a lot of back and forth, the founders of Flexify Me finally locked the deal with Namita Thapar for Rs 50 lakhs at 1.32 percent equity and Rs 50 lakhs as debt at 10 percent for 2 years.
