HanuMan, a superhero film, is about a petty thief named Hanumanth, who finds a special gem from under the sea. The mythical gem makes him invincible and provides him with the power of the Hindu god Hanuman from the epic Ramayana. The film became a hit for its visuals and gripping storytelling. Other than Teja Sajja, the film also has Amirtha Iyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Vinay Rai in important roles. Prasanth has confirmed that he is turning the film into a franchise. He has plans to make several superhero films based on Hindu mythology.
