A singing team that no one saw coming. A day after a video of Allu Arjun’s son Ayaan singing Dunki’s “Lutt Putt Gaya” went viral, superstar Shah Rukh Khan showered praise on the “little one” and quipped he would now get his children to practice Pushpa’s chartbuster, “Srivalli”.
Dunki was headlined by Shah Rukh and released last December. The film, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, featured music by Pritam, who composed the hit “Lutt Putt Gaya” track, crooned by Arijit Singh.
In the video, Ayaan was seen singing the track in an adorable manner, mumbling words penned by Irshad Kamil and only getting the hook line right.
Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter and tagged Allu Arjun, writing, “Thank u lil one… you are flower and fire both rolled into one!!! Now getting my kids to practice singing @alluarjun’s Srivalli… ha ha.”

In his reply to Shah Rukh’s tweet, the Pushpa actor wrote, “Shah Rukh ji … soo sweet of you . Humbled by your sweet msg . Lots of love 🖤🙏🏽.”
Dunki was recently released on Netflix India. The social comedy was the superstar’s third release of 2023 after Pathaan and Jawan. Though both the actioners broke all box office records, Dunki was a decent success.
The film featured Taapsee Pannu and had Vicky Kaushal in a special role. Shah Rukh will be next seen in Pathaan 2, which is set to go on floors in December this year. Before that, he will likely sign another film, details of which aren’t out yet.
Allu Arjun, meanwhile, will be seen in Pushpa 2, set to release this August.
