Music composer Santhosh Narayanan’s music concert Neeye Oli turned out to be a grand success at a time when concerts in Tamil Nadu have become a topic of controversy. Fans are heaping praise on the way the concert was conducted and videos from the event have gone viral on social media.

One of the many highlights of the event was when SaNa unveiled a bit of Kalki 2989 AD’s background score. Rumoured to be the BGM for Prabhas’ introduction scene in the film, the music received an overwhelming response from fans.

Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music for Kalki 2898 AD, which has Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Pasupathi in pivotal roles. The film, directed by Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame, is the next big venture in Tollywood. The details of the movie are kept under wraps, and thus the BGM of the film played at the concert has become an instant hit.

Kalki 2898 AD will be released on May 9, 2024. Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the film is set to be released in two parts, with the first segment hitting screens in 2024. With a staggering budget of Rs 600 crore, it stands as one of the most expensive Indian films to date.

Meanwhile, Santhosh Narayanan is also composing for films like the long-delayed Andhagan and Maari Selvaraj’s Vaazhai.
