On Saturday, ‘megastar’ Chiranjeevi graced a party hosted in his honour by daughter-in-law Upasana Kamineni Konidela. The veteran actor was recently bestowed with the Padma Vibhushan. According to a report in India Today, the party saw several people from the film industry in attendance, including Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan.

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, Venkatesh, Brahamanandam, Thabitha Bandreddi, Suresh Babu, Mythri Naveen, Dil Raju, Sharwanand, Shankar, Sai Dharam Tej, Vamshi Paidipally, Niharika, Varun Tej, and Allu Aravind were also in attendance. Dressed in an all-black, Chiranjeevi was seen getting out of his car and entering the party venue. He greeted those present at the entrance with folded hands. The party venue was reportedly the family’s farmhouse situated on the outskirts of Hyderabad. In a different video, Nagarjuna was also spotted entering the venue. Ram Charan was also seen in all-black, which seems like it could have been the dress code.

Chiranjeevi was conferred with Padma Vibhushan for his contributions to Indian cinema. The ‘megastar’, as he is fondly called by his fans, had also penned a gratitude note on his social media. Ram had also penned a long note for his father, congratulating him on the honour.

On the work-front, Chiranjeevi was last seen in Bholaa. He will next be seen in Vishwambhara, which is set to be released in theatres on January 10, 2025.
