Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, is being accused of slapping an ex-girlfriend following a drunken argument in Cannes, France, in 2012, three of the alleged victim’s friends told the Daily Mail Wednesday.

The second gentleman — who has been married to Harris since 2014 — allegedly struck his then-girlfriend waiting in a valet line at Cannes Film Festival due to a dispute about her flirting with another man.

A male friend of the woman, identified as “Jane” by the Daily Mail, claimed his pal called him shortly after the incident to share what allegedly occurred.

Jane reportedly explained at the time that she had approached a valet worker to give him 100 euros in order to get ahead of the line and put her hand on his shoulder, allegedly setting off Emhoff.

“Doug apparently thought that she was flirting, and came over and slapped her in the face,” the source claimed to the outlet.

The friend said Jane was allegedly “sobbing” on the other line, which makes the unnamed source “livid” thinking back on what allegedly occurred.

“It was very clear what she was telling me. She said she was with a guy, her date, she was at the Cannes Film Festival, and he hit her,” he further claimed.

A second friend, who claimed Jane also told her about the alleged incident, further described how Emhoff’s ex was blindsided by what allegedly took place.

“She said he turned her around by her right shoulder, and she was completely caught off guard,” the source said. “He hauled up and slapped her so hard, she spun around. She said she was in utter shock.”

The second friend claimed a “furious” Jane retaliated, noting she “slapped him on one side, and then on the other cheek with the other hand.”

A third friend, who also claimed to know about the alleged incident, told the Daily Mail that they did not know if what Emhoff allegedly did was an “aggressive slap or a punch,” but it was enough for Jane to “never forget” and want to end the relationship “immediately,’

Jane’s friends claimed to the Daily Mail that she wanted to leave without Emhoff and go back to the hotel “without him” after he allegedly assaulted her, but he allegedly “forced himself” into her car.

The first pal claimed that Jane asked her then-boyfriend “what the f–k was that all about?,” referring to the alleged slap, and he allegedly responded by saying he thought “she was hitting on the valet.”

“[Jane] told me she was so embarrassed,” the male friend claimed to the Daily Mail. “She couldn’t believe he is the person that he is, and that it turned into this trailer-trash moment.

“She realized he was bad news. This was the first time she saw his ugly side.”

The third friend, who is reportedly a female top executive, gushed that Jane is “a gorgeous, strong woman and you would never expect somebody to hit her.”

She also claimed Emhoff never apologized to Jane, and instead allegedly made a tennis joke the next day about how she retaliated, saying, “‘Don’t worry about it, you got one across the court and down the line.'”

The third friend said they perceived that comment to mean that the couple was “now even.”

Photos of Jane — who is a New York-based attorney who has reportedly always leaned Democrat — spending time with the second gentleman were provided to the Daily Mail as further proof of their past romance. However, the relationship reportedly only lasted three months.

Jane reportedly met Emhoff on Match.com when he was divorcing his first wife, Kerstin Emhoff, with whom he shares son Cole, 29, and daughter Ella, 25.

Jane reportedly told her friends that she thinks Doug “love bombed” her, since he allegedly introduced her to his parents, kids and flew her out on lavish trips very early on.

It was also a red flag that he copped to cheating on Kerstin with a nanny, which the second gentleman recently admitted to in a statement to CNN.

“During my first marriage, Kerstin and I went through some tough times on account of my actions,” he told the news outlet in August.

“I took responsibility, and in the years since, we worked through things as a family and have come out stronger on the other side.”

One of Jane’s friends told the Daily Mail of Doug, “He’s holding himself out to be something he absolutely is not. And that’s bulls–t. I feel like people should know who their leaders really are.”
