Loren Brovarnik is hitting back at body-shamers — for her toddlers’ sake.
The “90 Day Fiancé” alum slammed an Instagram troll who expressed concern about her three children’s weight in a comment.
“Those kids are getting so big,” the hater wrote, warning Loren and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, to “watch all the junk food” they give Shai, 4, Asher, 3, and Ariel, 2.
“It’s so hard to lose it,” the social media user continued. “Let’s keep your kids healthy too. They might end up … a little chubby.”
Loren, 36, shared a screenshot of the comment via Stories on Sunday, as well as her response.
“Whoa whoa whoa — are you body shaming my 4, 3, and 2-year-old?” the former reality star asked. “You want to body shame me, fine.”

However, Loren noted that her children’s bodies “are off limits to speak about.”
She concluded, “Respectfully … Alex and I are their parents, not you. We know what’s best for them. Thanks.”
The exchange took place over a family photo Loren shared on Saturday of “some nature, sun and silly faces.”
Loren and Alexei, 36, have been married since September 2015.
The couple became parents when Shai was born in April 2020, followed by Asher and Ariel in August 2021 and September 2022, respectively.
After welcoming baby No. 3, Loren underwent a “mommy makeover” — and was transparent with her followers about the work she had done.
“I’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together,” Brovarnik explained of her September 2023 plastic surgery procedures. “I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs.”
In a follow-up video, she quipped, “Yes, the chins are gone. I have one chin.”
Since appearing on “90 Day Fiancé” in 2015, Loren and Alexei have starred in the spinoffs “90 Day Fiancé: What Now?” and “Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days.”
