Jeff Bezos’ fiancée, Lauren Sánchez, shared a rare glimpse of the humble childhood home she grew up in while living in Albuquerque, NM.

The “The Fly Who Flew to Space” author, 54, shared a snap of herself and her dad standing in front of the modest residence via Instagram last week.

“Nothing better than coming home,” Sánchez captioned the photo, adding that she “went down memory lane” with a visit to her hometown.

The single-story house features a charming front porch with a rocking chair overlooking a sparse garden. There is also a fenced-in backyard and a gravel driveway.

The journalist explained that she stopped by “the old house” with her father and “ate amazing food.”

The former news anchor shared a silly snap of herself chowing down on a big burger from Albuquerque’s famous fast food chain, Blake’s Lotaburger, which is known for its green chili cheeseburger.

Sánchez was also seen in multiple images from her book reading event where she promoted her new children’s book.

“Thank you to all my family and friends who showed up to support the @theflywhoflew. Even one of my old teachers showed up and brought a yearbook. 😮,” Sánchez said.

Sánchez posted an image of her old yearbook photo in which she went by her middle name, Wendy.

She notably wore her massive $2.5 million, 20-carat diamond engagement ring from Bezos’ proposal while touring her former stomping grounds.

Sánchez and the Amazon CEO, who is worth more than $210 billion, got engaged in May 2023.

The proposal came after five years of dating.

The TV personality has been doing press for her new story about a brave bug who embarks on a stellar journey to space.

While doing a media visit earlier this month to discuss the inspiring read, Sánchez became emotional while recalling feeling “dumb” as a child before being diagnosed with dyslexia.

“This book is for my 8-year-old self who really felt dumb,” Sánchez said on “Good Morning America” at the time. “And I did, I sat in the back of the class, I was quiet and they pushed me along in public school.”

After overcoming her struggles with the help of a teacher who believed in her, she is hoping to use her book for good, with proceeds going to the International Dyslexia Association, which helps diagnose children at a younger age.

However, Sánchez has faced some drama as she was sued last week by her former yoga teacher who claims she stole the concept of the fitness instructor’s own book titled, “Dharma Kitty Goes to Mars.”

Sánchez has yet to respond to the accusation.
