Another woman filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the disgraced rapper of “violently” raping her in 2001.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Tuesday, Thalia Graves claimed the “I’ll Be Missing You” musician and his head of security, Joseph Sherman, lured her to the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City, where they sexually assaulted her.

Graves, who was 25 at the time, detailed that she was dating one of Combs’ employees when the music mogul asked her to meet up at his studio.

When Graves arrived at the office, Combs and Sherman allegedly cornered her and gave her a drink “likely laced with a drug that eventually caused her briefly to lose consciousness.”

Graves allegedly woke up bound and restrained and the two men proceeded to rape her vaginally and anally, per the docs obtained by TMZ.

The woman was suicidal and underwent extensive therapy as a result of the alleged assault. Despite seeking treatment, Graves still suffers from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks, per the docs.

However, she never reported the alleged incident out of fear of retaliation from Combs, who she claims threatened her.

Graves said her trauma was brought back to the surface in November 2023 after learning that Combs and Sherman allegedly recorded her “horrific rape.”

While it’s unclear how she heard about the alleged video evidence, Graves claimed they showed the tape to numerous other men to humiliate and degrade her.

Reps for Diddy did not immediately respond to ’s request for comment.

Graves’ claims come after a dozen people have filed lawsuits against Combs for sexual assault within the last year.

The rapper’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura opened the floodgates in November 2023 after she filed a bombshell suit against her ex, accusing him of rape and physical abuse throughout their 10-year relationship.

Although the pair settled less than 24 hours later, video evidence of Combs beating the singer in a hotel hallway was released to the public on May 17, 2024 — corroborating some of Ventura’s claims.

Homeland Security launched an investigation into the rapper as a result of the mounting lawsuits levied against him. In March, the feds raided Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami, where they found firearms and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil.

Combs was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution last week.

In the 14-page unsealed indictment, prosecutors claimed he “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct” for decades.

They accused the rapper of “creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in … sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”

Combs, who pleaded not guilty, is facing a minimum of 15 years behind bars if convicted. He is currently being held without bail at a prison in NYC.
