Actor Suriya seems to be mighty impressed by Ayalaan and the VFX work in the film. The actor has gone out of his way to send a flower bouquet and a note of appreciation to Phantom VFX, the team behind the visual effects of Sivakarthikeyan’s Ayalaan. In the note, Suriya appreciated the effort put into the film and called the work ‘amazing output’.
The note read, “Loved the work done by you all at Phantom. Shows your passion to excel. Amazing output won all our hearts. Much love, Suriya.” Apart from the gesture, Suriya called Bejoy Aruputharaj, the CEO of Phantom VFX, to convey his appreciation.
Bejoy too to X to thank Suriya for his gesture. He wrote at length about what it means to him and his team. He wrote, ” Suriya sirs personal call expressing his admiration was not only a delightful surprise but also a testament to his keen eye for exceptional craftsmanship. Following the call, we were honored to receive a heartfelt appreciation letter and a stunning flower bouquet from him reflecting his humility. His gesture goes beyond the ordinary, and we are genuinely touched by his warmth action. We extend our sincere thanks to Suriya sir for recognizing our efforts and making us feel appreciated in such a thoughtful manner.”

He also wished his best for Suriya’s upcoming film Kanguvaa, a historical film, which is also heavy on VFX and CGI.
Ayalaan is an alien film about the story of an altruistic alien visiting Earth to save the planet from a greedy villain. He develops a bond with Tamizh (Sivakarthikeyan), an organic farmer with abundant love for nature. Directed by R Ravikumar of Netru Indru Naalai fame, the film also has Rakul Preet Singh, Karunakaran, and Yogi Babu in important roles.
