Jenny is moving to a different block.

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly in negotiations to buy a famed $55 million Los Angeles mansion that once belonged to late BCBG founder Max Azria.

The “Selena” star is “close to striking a deal” on the 30,000-square-foot estate, which is located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, TMZ reported Wednesday.

Sources told the outlet that Lopez — whose ex Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently selling his nearby mansion for $61 million — is trying to negotiate the price down to between $30 and $39 million, which would be up to a 45 percent discount.

The Azria Estate was put up for auction in May, and billionaire investor Ron Burkle won it with a bid of $30 million.

However, Burkle filed a lawsuit against Azria’s widow, Lubov Azria, over an alleged breach of contract, the Real Deal reported earlier this month.

Lopez, 55, is now trying to negotiate with both Burkle, 71, and Lubov, 56, to become the new owner of the home, according to TMZ.

The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer filmed scenes in the Azria Estate for her movie “Atlas,” which premiered on Netflix in May.

She previously toured the pricey pad in March 2023 when she and her now-estranged husband, Ben Affleck, were looking for a home.

The couple ended up paying $60.85 million cash for a massive mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif.

However, the 38,000-square-foot home is now back on the market as the “Gigli” co-stars go through a divorce.

A source recently told People that Lopez was never a fan of the manse, claiming it was Affleck’s “idea and a major compromise for her.”

“She agreed to it because of its spacious layout, accommodating both their families, a gym and a pickleball court, office space, plus it has two private entrances,” the insider told the magazine earlier this month.
