“Queer Eye” star Jeremiah Brent teased the new season of the hit Netflix makeover show will be chock-full of tearjerker moments.

“I can tell you how much I cried, which was an uncomfortable amount,” Brent, the show’s new interior design expert, joked to at the launch of his new collection with Crate & Kids at Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles Monday.

“I got to laugh and cry and be silly, funny and vulnerable and strong and all these different things and it was really beautiful,” he exclusively told us, adding that he was immensely “proud” of the work they did.

Brent, who replaced Bobby Berk earlier this year, said joining the established cast after eight seasons “couldn’t have been better.”

“There was a lot of joy,” he told us of filming with co-stars Tan France, Jonathan Van Ness, Antoni Porowski and Karamo Brown. “I think people are going to see a really strong bond. There was a lot of chemistry, I love them. They are dear friends.”

Brent was in awe watching the four pros work during his first season on the show, which has not aired yet.

“These four have been doing this for so long and they show up and do the work, they care. It’s not BS, it’s real and people’s lives change because of it. So it’s just really exciting to be a small part of it,” he said.

As for his small part, which includes renovating an entire space in just three days, Brent, 39, admitted it can be “brutal” and includes a lot of late nights, donuts and pizza.

“I pushed hard this season to and go further and try things,” he explained. “I really tried my hardest to do some really beautiful designs and I’m proud of what i did.”

Filming for Season 9 of the Netflix series, which takes place in Las Vegas, wrapped in June and does not have a release date yet.

“The post-filming mourning begins,” Brent wrote on Instagram at the time alongside a carousel of behind-the-scenes photos. “These four are family. Until next time, Vegas!”

Brent’s co-stars, France, Van Ness, Porowski and Brown, were all in attendance at the ritzy Hotel Bel-Air launch of the designer’s new line with Crate & Kids, which was completely inspired by his and husband Nate Berkus’ children, Poppy, 9, and Oskar, 6.

“All the icons that are throughout [the pieces] are part of our story,” Brent told us. “From our dog that passed away to hummingbirds that remind me of my grandmother. All the symbols and icons in the bedding are some of the favorite characters from my children’s books that we used to read to them growing up that they love.”

He added that the symbols he chose are all “rooted in protection,” which is important to their family.

“I wanted to create something that was sophisticated, still playful, but something that could really transition with children and families because, as you probably know, you buy one piece and then three months later the kids are over it and it changes,” Brent told us. “So I wanted things that could be in your home for a long time.”

Also at the launch of the new collaboration, which officially launched Tuesday, was “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and newly single Rachel Zoe.
