Hina Khan, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, keeps her fans updated about her health. Recently, the actress took to her Instagram handle to share how “everything hurts” and she is facing “so many problems”. Hina shared two pictures of herself, where she flaunted her smile and said, “I choose to smile and encourage myself.”

In the photos, the actress dressed in an athleisure can be seen smiling at the camera, as the marks on her body can be seen. In the caption, she revealed, “Everything Hurts, Lekin smile nahi jaani chahiye.. Haina? (But, we cannot let go of the smile).” She further shared, “So many problems, can’t even Eat properly without feeling pain. But that’s No reason to be negative. I choose to Smile and encourage myself. I tell myself that all this will be over and we will get through this.”

Recently, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress revealed that she is suffering from another side effect of chemotherapy–Mucositis. Hina, in a post, informed that she is following the doctors advice to treat it. However, she requested her fans to suggest some “useful remedies”. “It’s really hard when you can’t eat. It will greatly help,” added Hina.

Mucositis is a painful inflammation of the mucous membrane lining the mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach, intestines, and rectum.

Hina Khan rose to fame with her character Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She then went on to take part in reality shows Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss. Hina was also seen in a couple of music videos as well as films.

On June 28, Hina took to her Instagram handle to share a long note revealing her cancer diagnosis. She wrote, “I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease.”
