Hugh Jackman showed off his impressively ripped physique and rock-hard abs in a shirtless mirror selfie Wednesday.
“I am grateful,” the 55-year-old “Deadpool & Wolverine” star captioned the Instagram thirst trap photo.
The comments section was flooded with appreciative messages from fans.
“Hugh jacked man,” quipped one, while another cheekily noted, “there is nothing appropriate i have to say.”
“All those days in the gym paid off!” added retired ski racer Lindsey Vonn.
Jackman achieved the enviable six-pack for his role in Marvel’s “Deadpool & Wolverine,” which was released in July.
It was the first time the Oscar nominee had reprised his X-Men character since 2017.
Jackman has not been shy about showing the hard work that goes into obtaining washboard abs, sharing intense workout videos on Instagram.
“When I came back to it, it was really fun and I was thrilled. My body was a little sore at the beginning, but I was thrilled that my body was still responding. And I realized how good it is for your brain,” he told People earlier this year.
The most difficult part was altering his diet and packing on the calories.
“I have to eat a lot,” he confessed. “For me, for my body type, I’m naturally skinny. To get the size on, that’s the hardest bit. That’s the bit that does my head in.”
Jackman spent the summer jetting around the world with co-star Ryan Reynolds to promote the action flick but has been solo on red carpets.

Last year, he and Deborra-Lee Furness announced they were splitting up after 27 years of marriage.
Earlier this year Furness told that “this is a year of evolution for me” and that she has been “learning a lot about myself and I’m embracing evolution and growth.”
Despite their split, the former couple are on amicable terms with the two celebrating Jackman’s 55th birthday together at the Polo Bar.
