Sami Sheen put her new nose on display Monday after going for a rhinoplasty.
The daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards grabbed lunch with a friend at Urth Caffé in Los Angeles, marking the first time she has been seen in public since going under the knife earlier this month.
Sami, 20, looked laid-back in a pair of sweatpants and a black tank top, but it was her bandage-free — and makeup-free — face that stole the show.
The OnlyFans creator‘s “dream nose” appears to have more of a ski-slope shape instead of what she once described as a schnoz that was “too droopy.”
Sami, who wanted the surgery for the “last five years,” went for it just nine months after getting breast implants.
“i would have to photoshop every single photo i took because it photographed horribly,” she wrote of her old nose on TikTok alongside photos of her side profile.

Sami scheduled a consultation in June and booked the surgery for Aug. 12. Immediately after it, the influencer shared numerous photos of herself lying in a hospital bed with bandages around her face and admitted she felt “extremely nauseous from the anesthesia and pain meds” — which she also experienced after her breast augmentation.
“it’s only day 2 of recovery but i already feel like a new woman,” she captioned a selfie. “im so so happy i finally got my dream nose.”
The model’s recovery from her breast implants did not go quite as smoothly as her rhinoplasty, telling fans that she was “so uncomfy.”
