A few days back, it was reported that Sonakshi Sinha’s apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, which is worth Rs 25 crore, was listed for sale. This led to many speculations as to why Sonakshi was letting go of apartment where she married Zaheer Iqbal. Earlier it was reported that Sonakshi had purchased another apartment in the same building but on another floor. However, now Sonakshi’s team has shared a statement that says Sonakshi is selling her Bandra apartment to purchase a bigger apartment in a building developed by her husband Zaheer.

Zaheer and his family are into real estate development. While the Bandra apartment is very special for Sonakshi, her new apartment would be even better as it would be a dream home that she and Zaheer would build together. The Bandra apartment that is up for sale was bought by the Heeramandi actress in 2020. Back then when Sonakshi had purchased the apartment, she had told Times Of India that it was her father Shatrughan Sinha who wanted Sonakshi to buy her own apartment.
