Sami Sheen is an open book when it comes to her plastic surgery procedures.
The 20-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards revealed on TikTok Tuesday that she recently got a nose job — just nine months after getting breast implants.
The OnlyFans star said she has “wanted a nose job for the past 5 years” because she thought her natural nose was “too droopy and too big for [her] face.”
“i would have to photoshop every single photo i took because it photographed horribly 😭,” she wrote at the beginning of the carousel alongside photos of her side profile.
In June, Sami scheduled a consultation with her doctor and booked the surgery for Aug. 12.
Sami included several photos of the pre-op process, noting that the staff made her feel “safe and welcomed.”
Although she was “nervous” and “excited,” the surgery went “amazing” and was “way quicker” than she thought it would be.
She shared multiple photos laying in a hospital bed with bandages around her face, admitting she felt “extremely nauseous from the anesthesia and pain meds” — which she also experienced after her breast augmentation.
Although her mom didn’t join her at the surgery center, Sami said the “Starship Troopers” actress called her after to check in.
“it’s only day 2 of recovery but i already feel like a new woman,” she captioned a selfie. “im so so happy i finally got my dream nose 🥰🎀.”
In November 2023, Sami proudly revealed she went under the knife.
“guess who got a new rack todayyyy,” she wrote atop a mirror selfie in a hospital gown.
She also documented the procedure and recovery on her Snapchat, telling fans the pressure in her chest made it difficult to fall asleep.
“This is so uncomfy holy hell feels like the implants r in my armpits,” she captioned a selfie of herself in bed. “& the neck and back pain is horrible from sleeping up straight.”
Sami previously told Bustle that she had wanted to get a boob job ever since she was a tween.

“I was 10 years old and like, ‘I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom,’” she said in October 2023.
“All my friends were getting boobs, and I was just like, ‘OK, when’s it my turn?’ I would always stuff my bra with socks and stuff,” she continued.
Although her mom wasn’t on board at first, she eventually changed her tune.
