Vicky Kushal and Sunny Kaushal‘s sibling bond is a goldmine of entertaining anecdotes, and their recent revelations are no exception. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Sunny spilt the beans on a particularly amusing incident involving his brother’s unexpected weight gain and a rather ironic title.
Around the time Vicky was crowned the “most desirable man,” he returned from the US sporting a noticeably fuller figure. Sunny, ever the observant brother, playfully blamed the culprit on a pizza and ice cream binge with newfound American friends.
The situation reached a comical peak when their mother, upon seeing the newspaper headline, delivered a classic desi mom one-liner: “Enu dekho, most desirable baitha hai tond kadh ke.”
Earlier, during Vicky and Sunny Kaushal’s appearance on Kapil Sharma’s comedy show The Great Indian Kapil Show, the brothers shared hilarious anecdotes involving their parents.

Sunny kicked off the laughter bonanza with a rib-tickling tale of a childhood mishap. He recounted a comical incident involving a bread-buying expedition with their dad that took an unexpected turn when he accidentally plunged into a gutter. Sunny’s ability to transform a potentially embarrassing situation into a side-splitting story showcased his comedic flair.
Not to be outdone, Vicky shared a hilarious glimpse into their childhood. “We have both been beaten up by our parents,” he confessed, sending the audience into fits of laughter. With his signature storytelling style, Vicky vividly described their mother’s frequent punishments and their father’s more ‘special occasion’ beatings. “Mom used to punish us all the time, and still does sometimes! Dad saved his punishments for special occasions, 3 or 4 big ones a year. Those were the beatings you never forgot,” he joked, leaving the audience in stitches.
