Clint Eastwood’s longtime girlfriend Christina Sandera’s cause of death has been revealed.

A representative from California’s Monterey County Health Department told The Post on Tuesday that Sandera — who passed away last Thursday at the age of 61 — died of a heart attack.

The death certificate listed her immediate cause of death as cardiac arrhythmia, which is an abnormality in the timing or pattern of the heartbeat.

Atherosclerotic coronary artery disease was noted as an additional condition that led to Sandera’s death.

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a condition that affects the arteries that supply blood to the heart. CAD is usually caused by atherosclerosis, which is a buildup of plaque inside the artery walls. This buildup causes the inside of the arteries to become narrower and slows down the flow of blood.

The death certificate referred to Sandera as a philanthropist.

“Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much,” Eastwood, 94, said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter after her passing.

The actor-director’s spokesperson told the outlet that further information about Sandera’s death would not be forthcoming.

The private couple had been together since 2014. At the time, Sandera worked as a hostess at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif.

The pair made their red carpet debut at the 2015 Academy Awards.

Eastwood has been married twice and fathered eight children with six different women over the years.
