Katrina Kaif, who flew out of India after attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities over the past weekend, returned to Mumbai just in time to attend the premiere of her husband, actor Vicky Kaushal’s Bad Newz. The film, also starring Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk, is directed by actor-turned-filmmaker Anand Tiwari, and was released in cinemas today, July 18.

Katrina and Vicky were all smiles as they attended the Bad Newz premiere together on Thursday evening. The couple could not stop smiling as they posed for the paps, holding each other close. Watch:

Katrina donned a white ensemble with a blazer and Vicky wore suave black tux for the special night. The actors’ fans took to the comments section of the paps’ post and dropped sweet messages for Vicky and Katrina. One person wrote, “#VicKat ❤️,” another person called them, “A match made in heaven,” while a third person wrote, “She flew back just to attend the premiere, couple goals indeed.”

While Katrina flew down to Mumbai from London to be with Vicky for his big day, Vicky himself flew in to the city after wrapping Bad Newz promotions with his co-stars Triptii and Ammy in Chandigarh. Kill actor Lakshya Lalwani and Ananya Panday were among those who attended the film’s premiere as well. Triptii Dimri attended the premiere night in a beautiful white outfit. See here:

Bad Newz is a romantic comedy supposedly inspired by true events. It explores a rare medical case of heteropaternal superfecundation, a reproductive process in which twin children are born to the same mother, but from different biological fathers.
