‘Deepika Padukone’s cutest baby bump has been revealed, India has won the World Cup…’: Karan Patel asks for work in salty post

Karan Patel, known for his role in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, recently reached out on social media, expressing his desire for new work opportunities. Now, can we get back to work please, and let me know if anyone’s casting.”

Despite being offered a spot on Bigg Boss multiple times, Karan Patel has consistently declined, criticising the show as “dirty and disrespectful.” Recently, he clarified his stance, explaining that his comments were misunderstood. Speaking to Galatta India, he said, “My statement was taken the wrong way. Senseless minds don’t have the ability to think. What I meant is even Salman bhai says it again and again that the show has become so dirty that even he cannot sit with his mother and watch it. That’s exactly what I repeated. That’s the reason why I don’t do that show because, first of all, the mix of crowd I don’t understand. Why was it required? I understand you have a lot of different kind of audiences but if you don’t draw a line between a celebrity entering the show and when a commoner enters then who are people watching the show for?”

Karan also shared his perspective on the impact of Bigg Boss on careers, asserting that the show doesn’t significantly alter career trajectories. “Those who came out of Bigg Boss started their careers from the same place they entered the show. For instance, my friend Aly Goni, YRF didn’t sign him after he came out of Bigg Boss. They are still where they are. It is you who can make or break it depending on what you do inside the house. Salman Khan saying that ‘you deserve a lot of work’ is not going to get you a film. He might like you, that’s his generosity, but it is not going to snowball into offers.”
