Hina Khan’s cancer diagnosis has come as a shocker to her peers and fans. The actress, on Friday, took to her Instagram handle to share a note revealing she has been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Many of her friends took shared their support online and one such person was cancer survivor and actor Mahima Chaudhry.
Commenting on her post, the actor wrote, “Sending you all my love & strength, you are my brave one, Hina. You are a fighter, and I know you will be just fine! You have millions of people wishing the best for you, and I will be there holding your hand right through this”, accompanied by several red heart emojis. Mahima Chaudhry too was diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately, the actress is now cancer-free and will soon be seen in Kangana Ranaut starrer Emergency.

Others who commented on Hina Khan’s post were Niti Taylor, Ankita Lokhande, Bharti Singh, Gauhar Khan, Surbhi Jyoti, Nakul Mehta, Mouni Roy, Ekta Kapoor, and Sunil Grover, among others.
“Lots of Love Hina”, wrote Ekta Kapoor. Gauahar Khan commented, “All my duas. U are good. U will be good! Ameen. Allahu khairur haafeezun.” Bharti wrote, “Meri strong girl jeet jaegi ladki, sending lots of love.” “You got this, HK Prayers & strength for complete recovery”, “Hina, tu sher hai yaar. On Friday, sharing a long note, Hina Khan wrote, “To address the recent rumour, I want to share some important news with all the inaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun, and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger.”

She added, “I kindly ask for your respect and privacy during this time. I deeply appreciate your love, strength, and blessings. Hina Khan, who rose to fame with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, recently made her Punjabi film debut with Shinda Shinda No Papa. The actress, who has been part of reality shows Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi, was also seen in the Amazon miniTV show Namacool, among others.
