On June 23, Nagarjuna was in Mumbai shooting for Kubera along with Dhanush and his son Yatra. As the actor walked towards the airport exit, a specially-able fan tried to approach him but was quickly pushed away with force by one of Nagurjuna’s bodyguards. This action led to a severe backlash, and the Telugu star was quick to issue an apology and claimed that he wasn’t aware of the incident. He assured the public that he would take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.

Earlier, speaking to Rediff, Nagarjuna said, “I didn’t even know about the incident. If I did, I would have apologised to the fan there and then. But it’s okay. I am the news for a day. Tomorrow, it will be someone else. I can assure you, this will never happen again.”
