After making the audience groove to his hit tracks, “G.O.A.T” and “Born to Shine”, during his debut appearance on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh, has been making waves on social media with his backstage camaraderie with host Jimmy Fallon. His appearance on the show marks a significant milestone for Punjabi music on an international stage. In one video, Dosanjh teaches Fallon Punjabi phrases, starting with his iconic catchphrase, “Punjabi Aa Gaye Oye.”

Fallon attempted the Punjabi greeting “Sat Sri Akal,” much to the amusement of viewers. These videos, featuring Diljit and Jimmy, have garnered love from fans and celebrities alike. In a new backstage video shared by Diljit, Fallon was full of praise for his “electrifying performance.” He exclaimed, “You crushed it. You were fantastic. It couldn’t have been better.
