The second part of the film is titled Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam. Prabhas opened up about the film and told India Today, “The story is already ready, and we’re going to start very soon, aiming to deliver the film as soon as possible for the audiences. I’m aware that many of my fans are eagerly waiting for its release. We will soon unveil the details of Salaar Part 2.”

Big Tollywood films are coming to theatres for Sankranti, with Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram tracking to dominate the weekend. Salaar clashed with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki at the box office, emerging as the bigger hit, and marking a return to form for Prabhas after three successive flops.
