Bigg Boss 16 fame and singer Abdu Rozik has postponed his wedding with fiancée Amira, initially scheduled for July 7, due to a lucrative opportunity that will give him ‘huge financial security.’ According to E Times, Abdu has been offered his first-ever boxing match, which will take place on July 6 at the Coca Cola Arena in Dubai.

Speaking to the website, Abdu shared that the opportunity came as a surprise, as he never imagined participating in a fight for a title. Due to the match and his wedding being just a day apart, he had to postpone his wedding, as this opportunity will provide him with financial security.

Abdu also shared that Amira supports his decision. He said, “It’s the first-ever title for someone my size, and I have a heavy training camp to endure these days.”

Abdu Rozik, who is just over three feet tall, defies all conventional expectations of the sport and is deeply committed to preparing for the title. The new wedding date for Abdu and Amira has not been announced yet.

Earlier, the singer took to social media to share beautiful pictures from his engagement ceremony. Abdu mentioned that it’s a love marriage and they have known each other for the past four months. Speaking to Bombay Times, Abdu described Amira as “pretty, with long hair and beautiful eyes.” He said that Amira is studying business administration in Sharjah and that he knew she was the one because he felt understood, respected, and appreciated by her. Their strong chemistry led them to take their relationship to the next level.
