On the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, international singer Ed Sheeran was seen as the guest. Throughout the episode, Kapil Sharma tried to keep the conversation at its candid best as he communicated in English with Ed. While Ed made an entry singing “Shape Of You” to Punjabi dhol beats, one rather interesting bit from the conversation was when Ed spoke about being hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and his family.

Talking about his meeting with Shah Rukh Khan and his family, Ed Sheeran said, “The last time I came here in 2017 we met, but this time it was just wonderful. He is such a nice guy, for how big he is, he is just lovely. I had a lot of fun, I met his family, and we jammed out some songs. They taught me how to dance a little bit.”
Archana Puran Singh also reminded Ed, how SRK taught him his iconic pose. Commenting on the same, Ed added, “I don’t think I got it quite right.” However, later when insisted by Kapil Sharma and the audience, Ed recreated Shah Rukh’s signature pose.

The episode was shot a day after Ed Sheeran had visited Shah Rukh Khan’s house and a few days prior to his concert in Mumbai. Ed even spoke about his love for spicy Indian food and that there are so many places he wished to visit while he was in India.
