Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut streaming series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, failed to show an improvement in viewership in its second week. Heeramandi remained the second most-watched non-English series on Netflix during the week of May 6 to May 12, retaining its number two position. However, there was a slight decrease in views. In its first week, the show garnered 4.5 million views, while in week two, it scored 4 million views. The Spanish crime thriller The Asunta Case topped the list with 5 million views. Heeramandi’s total run time is seven hours and 19 minutes.

So far, Bhansali’s show has 8.5 million views and 62.3 million hours watched in 12 days. In its second week, the series is trending in the top 10 in 32 countries. It has claimed the number-one spot in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Oman, Bahrain, Morocco, Mauritius, Maldives, Qatar, and Kuwait. Major series typically tend to register an increase in viewership in their second weeks.

The Great Indian Kapil Show, which premiered in March, continued under-performing. The first episode, featuring Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and his family, only had 2.5 million viewers. After that, the viewership kept dropping, and the show slowly started descending on Netflix’s Top 10 list.

The Roast Of Tom Brady was the most-watched English show last week, with 13.8 million views. Baby Reindeer started strong with 2.6 million views but quickly became a hit, reaching 13.3 million views in week two, 22 million in week three, 18.6 million views in week four and 11.4 million in week five.
