Alia celebrated the special day with her husband Ranbir Kapoor, her mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor, mother Soni Razdan, and her sister Shaheen Bhatt. The family posed in matching white outfits, with Soni embracing her daughters and Neetu holding a decorative umbrella as she smiled alongside Ranbir. Alia donned a chic button-down shirt dress for the occasion, completing her look with minimal makeup, gold hoop earrings, and a sleek bun.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Alia shared a glimpse of their Mother’s Day celebrations before jetting off to London to attend Gucci’s first Cruise collection. “Precious moments with my precious ones,” she captioned the photo. Later, she captured her stylish travel ensemble, which quickly made rounds on social media as she left for London.
Before the Mother’s Day special get-together, Alia surprised her mother with a bouquet of flowers for her mother, Soni, who shared the photo of the flowers on Instagram, and wrote ‘Blessed’. Neetu gave a glimpse of the love-filled sweet notes she received from her daughter, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and granddaughter, Samara along with some old photographs.
Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra took to her social media handle to share a series of pictures featuring her mother Madhu Chopra, mother-in-law Denise Jonas, daughter Malti Maries, and husband Nick Jonas. The photos depicted heartfelt moments of love and connection, with little Malti playing a central role in each one. In one of the photos, Priyanka can be seen posing with her mother and Nick with Malti in his arms. Other photos also feature Nick’s mother while Malti is present in all of them.

In her accompanying message, Priyanka expressed her gratitude for the love and guidance provided by her mother, mother-in-law, and aunts throughout her life. “Happy Mother’s Day to everyone who has been lucky enough to have had the love, care and protection of a mother and or mother figures. I’ve been so blessed with having not just my mother or grandmothers have an incredible impression on my upbringing but also my aunts. It truly takes a village,” she wrote.
She also reflected on her own journey as a new mother, crediting her family’s support for helping her find balance in her busy life. “As a new mother navigating what my version of MMs upbringing will be like, I have sweet nostalgia of mine reflected in every day with her. My mother and mother-in-law have been absolutely magical in this journey. I could not have been able to balance all that I do without them. Nick joined in the celebration by sharing a heartfelt video of Priyanka doing squats while holding Malti, along with pictures of his wife, mother, and mother-in-law. In his caption, Nick praised Priyanka’s love and thoughtfulness as a mother, calling her an inspiration. He also extended a special shoutout to his mother-in-law, expressing his gratitude for the three special women in his life. “Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers and mother figures out there.
