Malayalam superstar Mohanlal recently dazzled audiences with a fiery dance performance, showcasing his moves to the upbeat tunes of Shah Rukh Khan and Rajinikanth, much to the joy of fans of all three stars.

During an award show in Kochi recently, Mohanlal, sporting a cheetah-printed shirt paired with a brown leather jacket and pants, was seen dancing to Shah Rukh Khan’s “Zinda Banda” from Jawan and Rajinikanth’s “Hukum” from Jailer, both composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Meanwhile, another viral video from the event captures a heartwarming moment between Mohanlal and fellow Malayalam superstar Mammootty on stage. On the occasion, Mohanlal affectionately planted a kiss on Mammootty’s cheek, eliciting uproarious responses from fans. The duo came together to present an award to legendary filmmaker Joshiy.

During the event, Mohanlal also delivered a soul-stirring rendition of “Mizhiyoram” from his debut film Manjil Virinja Pookkal (1980) and the title track from his 1987 superhit film Unnikale Oru Kadha Parayam.

Currently, Mohanlal is busy filming for the project tentatively titled L360. It is directed by Tharun Moorthy, known for Operation Java and Saudi Vellakka. The film marks the reunion of Mohanlal and Shobana, one of Malayalam cinema’s most beloved on-screen couples, after a 15-year gap. The superstar had, on Monday, shared photos from the upcoming movie’s puja ceremony. The first photo in the post, comprising a total of four pictures, depicts Mohanlal and Shobana sharing a handshake, evoking memories of their many memorable on-screen collaborations.

Mohanlal’s last appearance was in Lijo Jose Pellissery’s Malaikottai Vaaliban, which unfortunately flopped at the box office. In his review of the movie, The Indian Express’ Anandu Suresh wrote, “Unlike Mohanlal’s recent films, where makers often got carried away by either his stardom or his potential as a performer, Lijo Jose Pellissery’s multi-genre movie strikes a fine balance between these aspects, while striving not to compromise on its overall quality.”
