Actor Varun Dhawan and designer Natasha Dalal, the popular Bollywood couple, who are expecting their first child together, recently hosted an intimate baby shower attended by close friends and family. Among the attendees was Mira Rajput, wife of actor Shahid Kapoor, who shared a heartwarming picture from the intimate celebration, on Sunday.

The celebration was captured in a series of photographs and a video posted by the couple’s fan club on Instagram. In the pictures, Natasha can be seen donning a lovely white floral off-shoulder dress, gently cradling her baby bump, while Varun sports a casual white T-shirt and a blue floral shirt with buttons undone. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and love as the couple was surrounded by their loved ones.

A video featured Varun and Natasha cutting a custom-made cake as their friends cheered and applauded and the song “Congratulations & Celebrations” played in the background. Varun’s mother, Laali Dhawan, was spotted dancing joyfully to the background music, while filmmaker David Dhawan was also present to share in the joy of the occasion.

In February, Varun and Natasha announced their pregnancy with an endearing image of Varun kissing Natasha’s baby bump. The caption read, “We are pregnant, Need all your blessings and love #myfamilymystrenght.”
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in January 2021, adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. Professionally, Varun is currently involved in the production of the action thriller film Baby John, directed by A Kaleeswaran and co-produced by Atlee.
