Tamil star Ajith Kumar is a private person, and he is extremely particular about his space despite being one of the leading superstars of Tamil cinema. However, time and again, he gets embroiled in controversy for the same reason. The Tamil superstar is spending the New Year week in Dubai along with his wife Shalini and family and videos of the star couple have gone viral on social media. One such clip shows Ajith holding the phone of a fan and deleting the video he had taken of the star.
The video has received mixed reactions with many defending the space of the actor, and on the other hand, many argued that it is a price for being a superstar. This is not the first time Ajith has faced such criticism.
A few years ago, Ajith grabbed the phone of a fan who tried to click pictures at the polling booth during the pandemic. Ajith looked enraged as the fans broke pandemic protocols. He was seen giving a stern warning to the fan. The phone was later returned to the fan.

The Billa actor stays away from the public eye and doesn’t attend film events; he doesn’t promote his films as well. Yet, pictures of him keep making the rounds of social media. Similarly, even without promotional events like audio launches and pre-release events, his films end up becoming blockbusters.
On the work front, Ajith was last seen in Thunivu, which received mixed reviews. He is currently working on a project titled Vidaamuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Other than Ajith, the film stars Trisha, Arjun, and Regina Cassendra in pivotal roles. The film was extensively shot in Azerbaijan. It will be released this year.
